Anthony Atala’s state-of-the-art lab grows human organs — from muscles to blood vessels to bladders, and more. At TEDMED, he shows footage of his bio-engineers working with some of its sci-fi gizmos, including an oven-like bioreactor (preheat to 98.6 F) and a machine that “prints” human tissue.

CES 2010 – LG 72-inch 3DTV Prototype

LG is pushing its self through the onslaught of Japanese tech heavyweights, like Sony and Panasonic, and making its way to the 3D TV forefront. The company debuted a working (beautifully working) prototype of a 72-inch LCD 3D TV at CES this week. 3D technology hit the CES showroom pretty hard this year and we were lucky enough to take in eye-fulls of this new innovation.
